Admission Dates
Application Deadlines
We begin accepting applications 11 months before a program starts.
Applications and all supporting documents must be submitted by the deadlines outlined below (21:00 PST).
- Spring 2024 (Jan–Apr): August 31, 2023
- Summer 2024 (May–Aug): December 15, 2023
- Fall 2024 (Sep–Dec): April 30, 2024
We strongly recommend that you apply early as some programs accept students on a first qualified, first admitted basis. Applications to a program will close when the program is full, or when the application deadline has passed.
Study Permits
Keep in mind that processing time for a study permit from a Canadian Embassy, Consulate Office, High Commission, or Visa Centre can take six to eight weeks, or more. It is the students’ responsibility to make sure that they are able to report to the College on the date specified in their Letter of Acceptance, and with enough time before the semester begins to attend a course planning session, write any necessary placement tests, and obtain necessary course registration information.
Program Intake Dates
Program intakes refers to the semester in which a program will begin. These vary between programs, however, most will have an intake in September. The below provides a summary, but for full details, be sure to check the respective program webpages.
University Transfer
University transfer programs have intakes every semester (September, January, and May).
