Experience leads to a bright future.

Work-integrated learning allows students to practice what they learn and gain valuable work experience while completing their program. Some programs require students to complete unpaid practicums or internships, while others may offer paid co-operative education work terms.

It can be challenging to work while attending post-secondary, so Langara offers opportunities that fit within your schedule to help you manage your finances. You may find work related to your chosen field of study leading to work experience for your résumé.

Earn money while taking courses.

There are paid employment opportunities.

Students who demonstrate financial need can work for the College with our Student Work Assistance Program (SWAP). There are jobs available in various capacities throughout the year. The Work on Campus Program (WOC) allows students to be employed as peer tutors or perform basic research at Langara. Visit the Financial Aid website for more info.
