Summer Wellness Classes

Mark your calendars! Registration for summer semester classes will take place on Thursday, April 13 at 12:30pm. The following classes will start the week of May 15:

  • Tuesdays: Yoga 5:00-6:00pm
  • Wednesdays: Meditation 4:30-5:30pm*
  • Thursdays: Pilates 4:30-5:30pm

*Please note registration for the meditation offering took place at the Wellness Fair in February and the class is currently full; however, you can request to be placed on the waitlist.
