Leaders’ Toolkit now available
A new online resource is now available for all leaders at the College.
The Leaders’ Toolkit portal, www.langara.ca/leaders-toolkit, connects leaders with useful information that will help them manage their administrative duties and responsibilities, enabling them to be successful in their roles and support their team members. It also acts as a guideline to orient new leaders.
The online portal is a great resource for:
- Department Chairs
- Division Chairs
- Directors
- Managers
- Team Leads
Although the Toolkit is directed towards Leaders, all employees may find it informative and useful. We welcome all of you to review and share the content.
To access the Leaders’ Toolkit portal:
- Bookmark langara.ca/leaders-toolkit in your favorite browser
- Visit the HR Department site at langara.ca/hr-payroll and click on the “Employee Resources” tab
The Leaders’ Toolkit was developed by the HR Department, in collaboration with the Langara Leadership Team and the Communications & Marketing Department. We thank everyone who provided content and feedback during the Toolkit’s development, as well as the designated content authors who will maintain the content moving forward.
