Pilates
Due to popular demand, we are excited to offer an additional section of Pilates weekly with Leigha Watson on Tuesdays from 12:30pm to 1:30pm starting on September 26th. The series will conclude on December 5th. To register, please send an email to wellness@langara.ca with your name and employee number, as well as the class name (Pilates – Tuesdays). There are only a few spots remaining and they will be filled on a first come, first served basis!
Self-Defense
