Wellness classes


Due to popular demand, we are excited to offer an additional section of Pilates weekly with Leigha Watson on Tuesdays from 12:30pm to 1:30pm starting on September 26th. The series will conclude on December 5th. To register, please send an email to with your name and employee number, as well as the class name (Pilates – Tuesdays). There are only a few spots remaining and they will be filled on a first come, first served basis!


There is still space available in the Self-Defense Workshop! This 2 hour session will take place on Wednesday, October 25th. For more information click here.
