Spring wellness classes

Mark your calendars!

Registration for spring semester classes will take place on Tuesday, January 16 at 12:30 pm.

The following classes will start the week of Monday, January 22:

  • Tuesdays: Core Fundamentals 4:30 pm–5:30 pm
  • Wednesdays: Yoga 5:00 pm–6:00 pm

…..and due to popular demand Christie Stoll will be teaching two back to back Pilates sessions on Thursday evenings!

  • Thursdays: Pilates 4:00 pm–5:00 pm
  • Thursdays: Pilates 5:00 pm–6:00 pm
