Getting students set up on WiFi and other services

You may be asked by students how to connect to systems on campus. Students must start by activating their Computer User ID.  Instructions are as follows:

 Activate your Computer User ID:

• • Log into myLangara
  • Select ‘Manage Computer Accounts’ (under Online Self Service menu)
  • Select ‘Maintain Computer User ID’
  • Select ‘ACTIVATE’

Connect to WiFi on campus: 

• Visit http://wifi.langara.ca to auto-configure “eduroam” and “eduroam5GHz”.
• You will need your Federated ID (e.g. jsmith99@langara.ca) and password.
