Forms for Registrar & Enrolment Services

Forms for the Registrar & Enrolment Services Office can now be found in their own drop down menu in your myLangara account. To access these forms, log into your myLangara and click College Forms. Under “Registrar and Enrolment Services Forms”, you will find forms for space request, request for course schedules changes, and more.
