Mailroom – important update

Facilities staff will be migrating mail from the old mailboxes to the new mailbox system starting on Monday, April 23. This process will be taking place in stages to minimize disruption to employees. To assist with the transition, employees are encouraged to empty out individual and department mailboxes prior to this date. Additionally, delivering interoffice mail directly to the recipient’s office is advisable during this time. All employee mail should be fully migrated to the new mailboxes by month end.
