Next steps: Printer ID cards

Staff and Administrative departments:

Cards for staff and administrative departments have been printed! The next step is for the vendor, Ricoh, to install card readers at the printers in order to enable the tap login function for the ID cards.

AV Services will contact your department directly with the date that Ricoh will visit your department to install the card readers. Once the card reader has been installed, your cards will be delivered to your department.

Faculty and Instructional departments:

Card readers will also be installed at shared printers to enable the tap login function. Faculty will be invited to visit AV Services (c265) when Ricoh provides an exact timeline for the card reader upgrades. Please keep an eye out for updates, here on the Post.
