Shutdown of Fluid Surveys – May 11

Fluid Surveys users, please see the following information regarding your old account and new Survey Monkey account:

As of May 11^th, you will no longer have access to your old Fluid Surveys account
Some data cannot be migrated from Fluid Surveys to Survey Monkey – please review the FS Data Migration to SM document.
In order to ensure you do not lose any data please export and backup your surveys and responses in Fluid Surveys that you require in the future by May 10
- Exporting your Surveys
- Exporting your Responses
You will receive a report once migrations are complete on which data did not migrate to your Survey Monkey account
Any data or survey questions that did not migrate correctly can be copied or imported from the files exported from Fluid Surveys
