Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) basic course

We are pleased to offer additional spots for the MHFA basic course in July 2018!

The two-day in-house course will be offered on Tuesday, July 17 and Wednesday, July 18, 2018.  This course provides an introduction to the four most common mental health disorders including substance related, mood related, anxiety and trauma related, and psychotic disorders. Participants who take this course will learn the basic steps to interact confidently with those in their family, friends, communities, and workplaces that may be experiencing mental health challenges.

Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis and participants must be able to commit to the full two days from 8:30 am–4:00 pm.
