What better way to enjoy the afternoon sunshine, while getting in a workout!

People Services are once again excited to offer weekly outdoor yoga beginning on Tuesday, July 3.

This 8 series class will cover a sequence of postures that synchronizes your breath with movement, in order to build strength and flexibility.

Registration will take place on Tuesday, June 19 at 12:30 pm, on a first come first served basis.

  • Tuesdays – starting July 3–August 21: 5:00 pm–6:00 pm
  • Location – Grass located by T & L building
