Preferred lot passes open to all

Having trouble finding a spot to park on campus? Please be reminded that Preferred Lot passes are now available to all Langara employees.

If you decide to apply for a Preferred Lot pass, please remember:

1) Preferred Lot passes will expire on December 31, 2018. To continue to park in the Preferred Lot for the 2019 year a new pass must be purchased in January.

2) Regardless of the type of pass you have, parking at Langara College is a taxable benefit assessed on a monthly basis. The additional cost for the Preferred Lot is $65 (including a $10 deposit) which is non-refundable and not pro-rated.

3) Acquiring a Preferred Lot pass will make your General Lot pass invalid.

Please note: there is a limited number of Preferred Lot passes left and they will be granted on a first come first serve basis.

To obtain a Preferred Lot pass, please come to the Facilities portable to confirm space availability and to reapply for parking.
