Take our kids to work
Calling all parents of Grade 9 students:
Langara is excited to host the Take Our Kids to Work program for the seventh year in a row! In this annual event students have the opportunity to step into the future for a day, and get a glimpse into the working world.
Grade 9 students are invited to attend an event filled day at the College on Wednesday, November 14th from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The agenda for the day is currently being developed and will be circulated towards the end of October. We would like to request that all employees interested in having their child participate, email us at hrupdate@langara.ca by Friday, October 26th. Be advised that a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be forwarded to you for signature by you and your immediate supervisor. If your child would like to bring a friend please note, the friend’s parent will need to provide a permission letter in addition to a completed MOU.
