Spring wellness classes

Mark your calendars! Registration for fall semester classes will take place on Tuesday, January 15th, at 12:30pm.

The following classes will start the week of January 21:

  • Tuesdays: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 4:30–5:15pm
  • Wednesdays: Yoga 5:00–6:00pm
  • Thursdays: Body Sculpt 4:00–5:00pm
  • Thursdays: Pilates 5:00–6:00pm
