24th Annual Conference of the BC Political Studies Association
Langara College, May 2-3, 2019

Langara’s Department of Political Science will be hosting the 24th annual conference of the BC Political Studies Association (BCPSA) on May 2nd and 3rd, in tandem with the annual meeting of the BC Political Science Articulation Committee. The conference will be an occasion for political scientists and others with a scholarly interest in politics to present their research on a wide variety of topics across the breadth of the discipline – from local government to Canadian politics to international relations.

This year’s keynote address will be given by Dr. Dennis Pilon (York), who will provide an analysis of BC’s 2018 referendum on electoral reform. Dr. Pilon’s talk is scheduled for Friday, May 3rd at 12:30 pm in Lecture Theatre A136b.

Langara faculty, staff, students, and alumni are invited to attend the Conference on payment of a registration fee. Details can be found on the BCPSA website:
