Volunteer and C Change
Spring is the perfect time to get back to nature and give back to your community by volunteering with Langara’s Community Change (C Change) Program.
C Change is organised by Langara’s student volunteer program (VOLT) and facilitates group volunteering opportunities to connect and engage Langara students with valuable community initiatives. Events are offered each semester and are aimed towards helping improve our neighbourhoods socially, environmentally, and economically.
VOLT welcomes Langara employees (and their families) to participate in the C-Change events and invite those interested to register for upcoming events.
Plant Change – Langara Wetland Blackberry Project
Saturday, May 25, 2019 | 10:00 am–1:00 pm | 100 W 49th Avenue, Vancouver
Training will take place on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 3:00 pm–4:00 pm in A 253.
The wetland on campus is being encroached upon by invasive blackberry plants. Join us and help promote our on-campus water areas for wildlife, birds and community members
