International Education at Community Day
Langara continues it’s tradition of welcoming the world to our campus on Community Day presented by RBC Royal Bank, Saturday, June 15. International connections will be part of the event with a host of activities planned for the International Pavilion, organized by International Education and Continuing Studies, and the Intercultural Stage.
- Git Hayetsk Dancers: Internationally renowned Northwest Coast First Nations mask-dancing group
- Rockin’ Robin: Family-friendly musical production starring Robin Redcoat
- Story time with Ryan and Lion
- Mariachi Band: Musical group performance of Latin American culture.
- Bhangra Dance Troupe: Traditional folk dance and music of the Punjab
- Lyndsay Wills: Folk singer accompanied by the No Frills String Band
