Staffing changes
We are pleased to announce several promotions and transfers within the People and Culture team.
Ashley Lee – Human Resources Consultant
Ashley returned from maternity leave in May 2019 and has moved into the Human Resources Consultant (HRC) position on a permanent basis. She previously held the Workplace Reintegration and Attendance Promotion Coordinator position and has been with the College for six years.
POSITION TRANSFERS
Brandi Siekham – Recruitment Associate – Effective July 10th, Brandi will be moving into the Recruitment Associate position on a temporary basis until February 2020. In this position Brandi will support the Recruitment and Human Resource Consultants in managing the full-cycle recruitment process for support staff, administrative and management competitions for the College. Brandi joined the College in April 2017 and has held the positions of HR Services Clerk and HR Associate.
Phoebe Tang – Human Resources Associate – Phoebe has been with the College since October 2017 and we are pleased to announce that she has accepted the HR Associate position on a temporary basis until February 2020. She will be able to apply the knowledge gained in the HR Services Clerk position.
Nav Dhaliwal – Human Resources Consultant – Nav has worked in a variety of roles since she joined the College in June 2016, which include, People Services Coordinator, HR Strategic Initiatives Coordinator and Workplace Reintegration and Attendance Promotion Coordinator. Nav will be moving into a temporary Human Resources Consultant position effective July 30 until February 2020.
Please join us in welcoming Ashley back to the College and congratulating Brandi, Phoebe, Nav, and Ashley in their new roles! We will be revising our client portfolio charts and updating the website within the next week or so.
