Jun 25 update: the offices of the Registrar and Enrolment services have moved back into the T building. All employees: Please send or resend any individual office requests or general inquiries regarding the T building to IT and Facilities services respectively, and we will address these concerns as soon as possible.
If your inquiries concern any personal property that was damaged as a result of the April 1, 2019 incident please refer to the attached memorandum and address any questions or concerns to Anne Baxter at 604.323.5038. Please note that the timeline for the submission of any claims has been extended to August 31, 2019. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we move toward completion of the office setups in the T building.
Jun 18 update: IT and Facilities continue working hard on office setups in the rooms affected by the T building incident. The first priority is to complete all moves. The second priority will be to address individual requests for each office.
Please note: All IT & Facilities requests/tickets for the T building will be suspended until the moves have been completed on every floor affected by the incident. Please check back on the Langara Post on June 25th for an official office move completion announcement, after which all IT/Facilities submissions for the T Building will need to be submitted or resubmitted to address deficiencies or general IT/Facilities concerns.
