Fall wellness classes

Mark your Calendars! Registration for the fall semester wellness classes opens in a week!

The following classes will start the week of September 16:

  • Mondays: Yoga 3:30 – 4:30pm*
  • Tuesdays: Mindfulness at Work 12:30 – 1:30pm
  • Tuesdays: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 4:30-5:15pm
  • Wednesdays: Yoga 5:00 – 6:00pm**
  • Thursdays: Body Sculpt 4:00 – 5:00pm
  • Thursdays: Pilates 5:00 – 6:00pm

* classes will start the week of September 30.
** classes will start the week of September 23.

 Please review the registration process thoroughly prior to registering to ensure your request is considered. Registration for fall semester classes will take place on Tuesday, September 10, at 12:30pm.
