Have an IT ticket in the queue?

There is currently a high volume of tickets submitted to IT with 205 tickets in the request queue as of September 6, 2019.

Please do not re-submit tickets or request updates in new emails as this will delay the response time. To request an update or add details to an existing issue, please reply to the initial email IT sent you when you submitted your original request – this email has your ticket number in it.

If you have a new IT help request that is not currently pending, please submit an Ask IT form to create a ticket. We are working as quickly as possible to respond to your requests. Please include the time frame your request needs to be completed by so we can correctly prioritize incoming tickets. The current wait time is 7+ days.
