Take Our Kids to Work Day
Are you a parent/guardian of a grade 9 student?
Langara is excited to host the Take Our Kids to Work program for the eight consecutive year! This program was created through the philosophy that awareness leads to knowledge; the more students understand and learn about different occupations, the more informed and prepared they will be.
On Wednesday, November 6, we invite Grade 9 students to attend an event-filled day at the College from 8:30 am–4:30 pm. If you are interested in having your child/family member participate in this program, email hrupdate@langara.ca by Wednesday, October 23. Spots are limited!
In your email, please provide the participant’s name, their relationship to you, any allergies or dietary restrictions they may have, and include a completed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The agenda for the day is currently being developed and will be circulated towards the end of October.
