Oct 2 – Meditation group class

Meditation is a way of connecting with yourself nourished with calm, deep attention and safety. This group class is designed to be an accessible meditation experience with no prior experience needed. You will learn and practice techniques of attention, breathing and body scanning. You will be encouraged, in a kind manner, to remain in the present moment, here and now, without any judgement.
