Oct 16 – Geography Speaker Series

The Department of Geography & Geology is pleased to announce our third event in the speaker series, Spacing Out: Mind Expanding Talks in Geography. On October 16, UBC  PhD student Seth Wynes speaks about What you can do to reduce climate change. 

In this presentation, Seth will explore the different personal actions that contribute to climate change mitigation, and discuss the ways we can change our culture to help avoid the worst consequences of a warming world.
