Do you know what to do in an earthquake?

Join hundreds on Oct 17 for Langara College’s Shake-Out BC earthquake drill.

At exactly 10:17am, Langara College will be conducting an earthquake drill using the Public Address System. All students, employees and the general public are encouraged to Drop! Cover! and Hold On! as part of the drill. The earthquake drill is a way for participants to practice what to do during an earthquake, and helps them get prepared for when it happens. Everyone is encouraged to participate.

Notes for participants:

• Earthquake simulation will last approximately 30 seconds.
• The simulation will be played using the college-wide public address system.
• Participation is not mandatory, but encouraged.
