Nov 6 – Meditation group class

It has been a busy time, and it’s about to get busier with the last month of the term upon us. Come take a little time for yourself to relax and improve your well-being, while you prepare and boost your focus and attention for the final exams and projects.
Instead of being reactive and overwhelmed with what is around us, meditation practice give us the ability to be fully present in the moment.  It is a valuable way to be with ourselves; it helps us to attend to our own thoughts and attitudes in self-reflection, guiding us to improve our self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
