We’d like to remind everyone to never cc: firstname.lastname@example.org in an email message. Each time this is done or when someone replies to an email where email@example.com has been cc:’d, a new ticket is automatically generated and added to the request queue. This significantly slows down response time as multiple tickets must be checked to ensure we do not miss any important information.
The formal process for filing an IT ticket is to submit an IT Help form at http://langara.ca/ask-it. This form sends IT a correctly formatted ticket and promotes quicker response time.
