Important IT ticket notice

We’d like to remind everyone to never cc: in an email message. Each time this is done or when someone replies to an email where has been cc:’d, a new ticket is automatically generated and added to the request queue. This significantly slows down response time as multiple tickets must be checked to ensure we do not miss any important information.

The formal process for filing an IT ticket is to submit an IT Help form at This form sends IT a correctly formatted ticket and promotes quicker response time.
