This notification outlines an upcoming upgrade for Langara printing services.
Print Server Upgrade

| Description |
Update printing on the following computers to use the new printing services. Monitor performance and user experience.
- Citrix
- Mac labs
- Banner
- all (new) Windows 10 desktops as they are deployed
Citrix and Banner updates will be instantaneous. Mac updates will be deployed automatically over a couple of days.
There will no interruption in service. |
| User Impact |
- You should notice no change. Please continue to print normally
- If you experience a printing problem, please contact IT Help right away
- Older (Windows XP/7/8) computers will continue to use the old printing services for now
- Employee Macs will continue to use the old print system for now

Note: No other services on/off campus will be impacted. Employee Macs, Windows XP/7/8 devices will not be impacted.
