Fall wellness classes

Mark your calendars! Registration for fall semester classes will take place on Tuesday, September 12th at 12:30pm. The following classes will start the week of September 18:

  • Tuesdays: Circuit Training 5:00-6:00pm
  • Wednesdays: Yoga 5:00-6:00pm
  • Thursdays: Pilates 4:30-5:30pm
