Letter for college employee special hotel rates

Supporting Letter: BC Government Personnel Hotel Rates 2018-19

Any employee of BC colleges may receive government-preferred hotel rates while they are on a business-related travel. The supporting letter to present to the hotel is now available in myLangara portal, under College Forms>Financial Services Forms>Purchasing Department.

This is in support to Section 3.13 Accommodation of our C3002 Business, Travel and Hospitality Expenses policy. You will be asked for this letter, together with your employee ID when receiving the rates. For more information regarding the accommodation listing, please refer to this link.
