Celebrating Dean’s Honour Roll students of 2018

The Faculty of Social Sciences and Community Programs hosted an event on Wednesday, February 27 to honour and celebrate the achievement of 260 students from the Social Sciences and Community program areas whose academic efforts and successes placed them on the Dean’s Roll (GPA of 3.50) in 2018. Thirty honour roll students attended along with 17 faculty members.

As the Dean I was delighted to congratulate the students, along with the Division Chairs of Social Sciences (Laura Cullen) and Community Programs (Jim Bowers), as we hosted the event and announced the honorees.  Students and faculty had the opportunity to mingle after the presentations, and the event was enjoyed by all. Congratulations to all the students who worked so hard to achieve success! Thank you to everyone who attended the celebration, and to all those individuals whose hard work made this event possible.
