Taste of Wellness

With busy schedules, staying fit and being active can be a challenge. Here at Langara College, we do our best to promote wellness, by hosting on-site classes. The fall lineup includes an exciting new offering called “Taste of Wellness.” This 9 week series will provide participants the opportunity to try out low intensity workout options such as Meditation and Tai Chi, to high intensity options that consist of Survivor Boot Camp and a variety of HIIT Fitness workouts.

  • Hatha Yoga

  • Pure Barre Classic
  • Survivor Fitness boot camp (total body focused)
  • Survivor Fitness boot camp (arm focused)
  • HIIT + Abs + Cool Down
  • Kickboxing
  • Abs + Assets
