Summer wellness classes

Mark your calendars!

Registration for spring semester classes will take place on Tuesday, May 8 at 12:30 pm.

The following classes will start the week of Monday, May 14:

  • Tuesdays: Pilates 12:30 pm–1:30 pm
  • Tuesdays: Tai Chi 4:30 pm-5:30 pm
  • Wednesdays: Yoga 5:00 pm–6:00 pm
