International Students, Welcome to Langara!
To prepare you for the start of the semester, we are providing you with some important information and tips for a smooth transition to Langara and Vancouver. We invite you to read through the International Student Guidebook, join the Pre-arrival Session, and attend the International Student Orientation.

International Student Guidebook
This guidebook contains important information pertaining to international Continuing Studies students studying at Langara and living in Vancouver.
Pre-arrival Session (Virtual)
Students are highly encouraged to join the virtual pre-arrival session. In this session, student will learn about Langara, travelling to Canada, and other important information and tips to prepare for their first semester at Langara.

International Student Orientation
Students beginning their studies at Langara in May 2024 are invited to attend the orientation for international Continuing Studies students. In this session, students will learn more about Langara, Langara’s services, how to adjust to Vancouver and Canada, immigration-related matters (e.g. study permit, work eligibility), medical insurance plans, and much more.
If you have not yet registered for the CS international student orientation, please register as soon as possible or by April 14th.
